Welcome to A New Guard...

I want to be the first to applaud you. There has been a diminishing effort on the part of American students to learn more about their Constitutional Rights regarding public schools. Thanks to you, sites like this, The Rutherford Institute, and these awesome bands (among other groups) that pattern is changing.

There are two things I want you to keep in mind while reading these pages.

One: Once you learn the constitutional liberties that you truly possess, you will exercise them more freely than before.

Two: You will undoubtedly receive opposition from those who would like you to believe that your constitutional rights are far more limited than they truly are.

By being here, learning about the true freedoms you possess, you also honor those people who bled and died to give them to you. You're not the kind of person who just wears a yellow ribbon in support of others fighting for your rights. Moreover, you become the kind of person who stands for his or her rights individually and joins the ranks of those standing for the principles of freedom.
